How to Register

Once your enrollment is processed, you will have online access to ID Cards, coverage information, network providers, claims status, and EOBs by logging in to My Account.  Register here using your 7-digit Insurance ID number or the email address on file. 

With My Account you can:

• View and print your ID card, download it to a mobile device, or request an ID card by mail

• Review claim status, correspondence and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)

• Locate a network provider

• Enter accident details online

• Enter additional insurance information online
